Diva Living Today

I use to think that starting your own business was a good idea and should be encouraged.   My views on business ownership is now stronger.  It is imperative that we begin to give serious thought to opening our own businesses.  It is important, when and where possible, that we begin to be more business minded as it pertains to our financial affairs. 

Why start your own business.  Diva I have reasons:

1.        It’s yours – financial independence is a great goal.  One of the best.

2.       You can pass it on – your family will benefit from your ingenuity

3.       You can be the change you want to see in the world. – You can mentor and provide jobs.

4.       Investing in yourself means you get the reward of your hard work.

5.       Schedule flexibility – depending on the business you choose with a laptop you can work from anywhere in the world.

6.       Job security – it’s all up to you.

7.       You can be impactful – Be a catalyst for change

8.       Build wealth

9.       Tax benefits

Find your niche’.  Only you know how you can contribute to society, making it a better place for you, your family and mankind.  It will take stamina, tenacity, courage and sheer determination.  Get those sleeves up girl - let’s go.   We can be and do anything we put our minds to do.  Don’t settle for good be great.  

Let’s promise to spend more time strategizing with the goal of entrepreneurship in mind.  It is hard some might say, so what.  Living in poverty was hard too, and we have overcome that, so let’s apply what we know to our future for us and future generations.  It’s time for us to make some changes, it is time to put those fancy degrees to work.  Be about it.
