What the hell is going on outside...

It's snowing like crazy today in New Jersey.  I can't tell you how glad I am to be inside.  It's a snow day.  The most peaceful thing is listening to the snow hit the skylight.  It sounds like a string of pears broke and fell on the floor.  It's funny how after experiencing a few not so happy times in life, you learn to enjoy the small things.  The precious moments that when focused on brings you joy.

I think the lesson learned here is that focusing more on the small things need to happen.  Appreciating what you have and where you are in life is paramount.  So you didn't make your first million at twenty.  But you enjoyed life, been loved, traveled and live well.  That's not too shabby.

If you need more than what you experienced so far - go get Diva.

Why live your whole life, going to work everyday, taking care of everyone and giving no thought or time to what you need.  Paying bills is important, but it can't possibly be the only reason to work or live for that matter.   There has to be more to life than this.  Diva's know that it's all about balance and somewhere in the entire plan of life, you have to put yourself on the priority list.

How lucky are we to have had the opportunity to cross over into a brand New Year.  A whole year of opportunities.  We have another chance to love our families, follow our dreams and help someone.  Take full advantage of this opportunity.
