Do you know that approximately 55% of our body weight is
water? And rightfully so, water plays a
very large role in the proper operation of our bodies. Water in our blood
carries nutrients to all of our organs.
It helps with cell formation and flushing organs to name a few. The thing to know is,
if we don’t drink enough water, we can suffer from kidney disorders, blood
clots, low blood pressure and other serious illnesses that can be fatal.
So I’m sharing this tidbit of information just to remind
everyone that it is absolutely important that we drink water regularly
throughout the day, 64 ounces per day is a great start. Take care of yourself and those you love,
drink water regularly and encourage your family to do the same. It’s a great way to flush toxins out of your
system. Get that cute water bottle and
take it everywhere you go so that you can drink throughout the day. Just one other way to take care of yourself
